So i found solution for it...
1. After unlock bootloader don't restart phone, and don't exit fastboot (CMD - for windows or Terminal - For Linux)
1.1. download these boot.iso file [boot.iso-Download] and copy it to fastboot folder...
1.2. go back to CMD (Terminal) and type:
"fastboot flash boot boot.img"1.3. type:
"fastboot reboot"1.4. turn off phone... and turn on after they blink "pink" press and hold Volume UP button till light come blue... then release button and you are in CWM... now wipe cash/partition and install your new Android 5.1.1 Lolipop on your Sony Xperia M. (For Any Problems Comment).
or reboot phone manualy
2. If you already restart your phone then go back again in your fastboot option (turn off your phone, press and hold Volume UP button, connect phone with Data-cable to PC, when light turn blue, release button- You are in fastboot)
2.1. download these boot.iso file [boot.iso-Download] and copy it to fastboot folder...
2.2. go to CMD (Terminal), enter in fastboot ... type:
"fastboot devices"2.3. (same as 1.4) turn off phone... and turn on after they blink "pink" press and hold Volume UP button till light come blue... then release button and you are in CWM... now wipe cash/partition and install your new Android 5.1.1 Lolipop on your Sony Xperia M. (For Any Problems Comment).
then
"fastboot flash boot boot.img"
then
"fastboot reboot"
or
reboot phone manualy
